A: Yes you do have to be an Amarillo, TX or El Paso, TX resident or live within a 30 mile radius in order to qualify for a loan.

Q: Can I get approved for a loan and get the cash in my account without having to come into a location?
A: Yes and No. You can get qualified for a loan online, but once approved for a loan you will need to bring all the appropriate documents into a location to finalize your first loan. Once you are an established customer, you can make payments or renew your account to receive money online.

Q: Do I have to have a checking account in order to get a Single Lump Sum Loan loan?
A: Yes it is a requirement to have a checking account in order to obtain a Single Lump Sum Loan loan. We do not accept savings accounts or prepaid visa cards or master cards. If you have a clear car title you may always apply for a title loan.

Q: I would like to use my Social Security as my income. Is that possible?
A: Yes, as long as it is $600 or more per month and the Social Security is specifically for you and not a child.

Q: I am Self Employed. Can I still apply for a loan?
A: Yes. If you are Self Employed or contract labor you can still apply. The documents you will need to supply are at least one of the following: 1099 statements, Schedule C Statements, or quarterly statements. If you do not have any of these tax documents we will be unable to process your application.

Q: I am not paid by direct deposit. Can I still apply?
A: Yes. Unlike most companies we do not require that you be paid by direct deposit. We do require that you have an active checking account that has been open for at least 30 days, but direct deposit is NOT required.

A: No, your paycheck stub must be computer generated showing your taxable income.

A: Unfortunately it is a requirement to have a utility bill in your name. We accept several utility bills such as cell phone bill, home phone bill, gas or electric bill, cable, water, or current lease. No other bill can be accepted.

Q: I am on unemployment/workman's comp. Is this acceptable income?
A: No. It is required to have permanent, verifiable, taxable income such as a full time job, social security, or retirement.

Q: My vehicle has a salvaged title. Will I be able to use this to get a Title loan?
A: No. We do not accept salvaged title's as security for any of our loan's we currently offer.

Q: What does an active checking account mean?
A: In order for your account to be considered an "active" checking account, you must have at least one deposit or one withdrawal. If there has been neither of these transactions during a 30 day period, it will not be considered "active".

Q: Must I have a blank check from my checking account?
A: If you are applying for a Single Lump Sum Loan Loan it is a requirement to provide a blank check. It can be either a temporary check or a permanent check.

Q: How much can I actually borrow?
A: Our loans are up to $1000 based off your monthly gross income (and vehicle loan value on title loans). We want to help you as much as possible. However we wouldn't be helping you if we loaned you more than you are financially capable of repaying.
